With music in the background, you can enjoy a tremendously fun work out with your friends. You will burn fats away as you learn and apply the correct techniques of Muay Thai. Every session is different and challenging, so you do not need to worry about getting bored with routines. Also in this program, there will be minimal risk of injury since the focus is on fitness and health. You also have the option to choose whether to participate in grading examinations conducted by the World Muay Thai Council. The advantage is that you will receive certification that is recognized internationally and you will also gain deeper insight into the sport and culture of Thailand. Needless to say, you will not be clueless whenever you watch a Muay Thai match. As you progress to the intermediate stage, we offer you the option to take up our Fitness Intermediate class or/and participate in light sparring. Safety is our paramount concern, thus you will be fully protected with high quality protective gear. For those who prefer not to spar, rest assured we will continue to help chisel away at your body! |
